Meet Our Team
Turn The Page, LLC was founded by Rob Mann, LCSW and Debbie Mann, LCSW. Rob and Debbie began their journey on the same path at Ramapo College in Mahwah, NJ, and together have over 30 years of post graduate clinical experience.
Rob went on to earn his Master's in Social Work at Adelphi University, while Debbie earned her Master's in Social Work at New York University. Both have worked extensively in the public and private sectors, and have provided ongoing therapeutic services to children and families; crisis response to schools, agencies, and organizations; as well as expert testimony in cases of custody dispute and child trauma. In addition, Rob and Debbie provide many workshops and seminars to organizations and trainings including the NJ State DYFS workers as consultants with Montclair State University as well as Rutgers University.

Debbie is a graduate of New York University and has a wide array of professional experiences. Her knowledge and experience in providing psychotherapy has been with adults, adolescents, and children.
At this time, Debbie’s particular clinical focus is with children and adolescents.
In addition to psychotherapy, Debbie also has many years of experience providing trauma debriefing during times of critical incidents and serving as an expert witness for children. Debbie also consults with those looking to start programs or organization and writes and delivers trainings, workshops, and presentations.

Rob is a graduate of Adelphi University and, at times, incorporates his martial arts knowledge into his clinical work in reference to the mind body connection. His knowledge and experience in providing psychotherapy has been with adults, adolescents, and children.
At this time, Rob’s particular clinical focus is with latency age children, adolescents, and adults. In addition to psychotherapy, Rob also has many years of experience providing trauma debriefing during times of critical incidents.
Rob also consults with those looking to start programs or organization and writes and delivers trainings, workshops, and presentations.

Dan received his B.A. in psychology from the University of Maine in 2008, and subsequently, he obtained an M.A. and Psy.D, both in clinical psychology, from Marywood University. Throughout his training and post-licensure, he has experience providing psychotherapy to children, teens, and adults in a number of settings, including community mental health, outpatient, partial, and inpatient hospital, and private practice. He uses an integrative approach in therapy, which includes cognitive-behavioral and interpersonal orientations, and he has treated individuals who present with challenges related to anxiety, mood, trauma, ADHD, and autism. Currently, at Turn the Page, Dan provides psychotherapy to individual adults.
In addition to psychotherapy, Dan has provided consultation to students and members of the community to inform and educate groups regarding mental health and wellness. Clinically, he finished a two-year post-doctorate fellowship in the Boston, MA region, where he completed pediatric neuropsychological evaluations to assess for attentional, executive functioning, learning, and socio-emotional issues, as well as autism. He continues to evaluate children and adolescents for similar challenges to promote services and advocate for those in need.
Dan enjoys learning new things and pursuing new hobbies, and he regularly finds time to play sports, such as soccer, travel, and spend time with his wife and daughter.
